Going to the DMV / DOT has always been a chore that was never fun. It normally turns out that you're waiting numerous hours on long lines, in some dingy place with rude service representatives. But NOT here at the Enola branch. It is actually a pleasure coming here. The customer service representatives are always friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is always clean. Many people there to help you. No waiting in line hours on end. I live a lot closer to the DOT in Harrisburg than I do, Enola. But I will happily take the long drive to Enola because of how great it is there. It is the ONLY location I will go for all my drivers license needs. Kudos to all the great people who work there.

This is the absolute best PennDOT drivers license center to come to. Of course you can’t go on the weekends and expect to just walk in. I was here on a Wednesday and walked in at 9:50 AM and I was back in my car at 9:57 AM. I had interaction with three employees and all three were amazing, the guy at the front door knew his stuff and kept things moving! Cathy took my picture and she was super pleasant! I will never go to another drivers license center other than this one!

The guy up front was so nice and efficient. However, the bald, black guy with the salt and pepper beard, at the window for the learner’s permit was rude and disrespectful. It was awful. He complained about my handwriting and when I missed completing/signing a portion of the form, he said, in the most condescending tone, you didn’t even complete this. It felt like he was trying to impress the woman sitting next to me, watching the entire ordeal. I was not impressed. That’s putting it mildly. His comment about his mother not being a nice person, helped me to understand his rudeness clearly stemmed from mommy issues. Penn Dot, please invest in some customer service training for him. His behavior was a completely inappropriate. No one should have to tolerate such behavior.

Efficient and respectful service. I was probably not there at the busiest time but was in and out in maybe 15-20 minutes. I needed a new photo license so the woman who helped me asked if I wanted a redo on my photo. She told me that the first one was beautiful. Flattery will get you everywhere Penndot! Not the old typical DMV that has been the butt of jokes across the states for years. Thanks PA!

Everyone greeted you with a smile. They were very efficient and kept things moving smoothly. Hardly sat down.I was in and out in less than a half hour. An extremely positive experience. Highly recommend this place.

Amazing service. I visited at lunch time on a Friday and there were about 20 employees serving 15 people. I barely sat down before my number was called. In and out in 15 minutes with a smile. Edit to add... Stopped in today to renew my license. In and out in 7 minutes. It took longer for the printer to make my license than it did to wait to be seen, and there were about 15 people ahead of me.

Hands down the best DMV I have ever gone to in my life!!! I am not only comparing my experience to other DMVs in PA. I am comparing it to the other states I have lived at as well! They were so organized. I got in at 8:30 and was out by 8:42.
